We work with companies and organisations on improving diversity through inclusion. Whether it’s a creative workshop about professionalism, a crash course in gender inclusion and pronouns or examining how to meaningfully embed diversity, we can support you.

As young people largely outside of the formal workplace, we are well-positioned to offer fresh perspectives to complement what you do. We care about the workplace because we will soon be in it.

The sessions we’ve done before have involved working with small teams to reposition voices they may not have considered. After one particular session focusing on inclusion and representation, a few people came up to us afterwards and said they had never heard their experiences being described so accurately before. We had discussed topics ranging from assumptions about different UK accents to gendered behaviour in the office - offering employees new tools to see themselves and each other better.
